Maternity Tour – Inova Fairfax Women’s Hospital

Join us for a FREE, up-close-and-personal tour to help you get ready for the birth of your new baby. See where you and your baby will stay during this visit to our Labor and Delivery Unit and Postpartum Unit. This is a great opportunity to preview our facilities and get answers to all your questions. Inova Women's Hospital, located on the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, is a state-of-the-art yet welcoming hospital that offers the latest in technical innovation while assuring kid-friendly spaces, as well as comfort and support for children and their families. • Tours fill quickly, so we recommend you register early!

Room: Participants meet at the Inova Women's Hospital main registration desk on the ground floor level. Park in the green parking garage. Enter the new Women's Hospital on the ground floor level through the "Women's Entrance" Door 81. The main registration desk will be right in front of you as you come in this entrance, between the gift shop and the Antenatal Testing Center.

Who should enroll: Expectant mothers ages 18 and older. Children are not permitted. Your registration allows for one adult partner to attend the tour with you.

Weather policy: Information about cancellations due to inclement weather or an area emergency can be obtained by calling the Inova Well weather hotline at 571-472-1438. Class cancellations do not always follow local public-school closings. To reschedule for cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances call 571-472-1400, option 2 or email myinovawell@inova.org. Classes not rescheduled within 30 days of cancellation will automatically be refunded to the credit card used for registration.

What to bring:

Please feel free to bring drinking water. Other food and drink is not permitted.

Please bring a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation email to your tour.

Tours fill quickly and it can be difficult to find an open tour! If you are unable to attend your tour, please call Inova Well at 571-472-1401, or email us at myinovawell@inova.org to cancel so another participant has the opportunity register.
